Rewards are sent to your character through RCON within seconds of your payment being confirmed. Packages that require you to be online are delivered automatically the next time you join the selected server.
Pick the cluster and the map your character lives on. Everything in your cart is delivered to that server, so double-check it before you pay.
Open the pause menu in ARK: Survival Ascended — your id is shown in the bottom corner. You can also type ShowMyAdminManager in the console.
Digital items that have already been delivered can't be refunded. If something went wrong with a delivery, open a ticket on Discord and we'll sort it out.
